We've curated resource guides specifically for members of the BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community struggling with substance abuse or mental illness. 

In honor and celebration of Recovery Month, I have a 5-part interview series that highlights the different paths to recovery with a common thread - HOPE.  

Coaching and events focused on healthy hobbies, and an adventure mindset, for people in recovery. 

SoberNation.com was created as a go-to resource for those struggling with addiction and substance abuse-related disorders.  Our goal is to offer our users the ability to find the best rehab for them. They have an excellent blog and many resources.
